1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Three9x.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products from Three9x, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products

Three9x sells smart glasses and related accessories. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.

3. Ordering & Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): Available for all customers globally. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Your card is charged at the time of order placement.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available exclusively for orders shipped within Pakistan. COD orders are confirmed upon placement and payment is collected at delivery.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Three9x reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Pakistan: Standard delivery within 3–7 business days. COD available.
• UAE: Standard delivery within 5–10 business days. Card payment only.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination (10–21 business days). Card payment only.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Three9x is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• COD orders returned must be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Refunds for card payments are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7–14 business days.

6. Warranty

All Three9x products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond rated specifications, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Three9x and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three9x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Three9x is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
